Iguana Are Belongers Too
Turks & Caicos Rock Iguana
Little Water Cay is inhabited by the friendly Rock Iguana. It is
not uncommon to see 10 or 20 of them on the beach basking in the
island sun.
These remarkable creatures seem to be just as curious about us as
we are of them and as soon as the boat pulls up to the shore they
come scurrying over to greet us. They are not camera shy in the
least, and in fact will let you get close enough to feed them.
