About Walkers are encouraged to walk Edison Mall on a daily basis, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in a temperature-controlled environment. Walking the interior of the mall once is the equivalent to walking over 1 mile. Edison Mall hosts a "Walk For Your Health" breakfast on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Dillard's Court. During the breakfast, Hope Hospice will sponsor a blood pressure clinic, with volunteers and nursing students from Florida Gulf Coast University Nursing School.
